Anton – Product & Tech
Anton Baranenko
Anton is a software engineer with a background in management, strategy, and systems thinking. He’s spent years helping teams turn vision into execution – and got tired of watching tools slow everyone down.
He leads the product design and architecture of Portfoleon, focused on clarity, flow, and how people actually think when they plan.
Iryna – Transformation & Delivery
Iryna Baranenko
Iryna is an experienced IT transformation manager and portfolio leader. She’s helped large organizations restructure how they work – bridging strategy, delivery, and real-world execution.
She brings the real-world perspective to Portfoleon – the knowledge of what works in meetings, in reporting, and in day-to-day leadership.
She’s also the author of the HUMAN strategic goals framework.
Eddy – Executive Strategy Advisor (Former COO & CIO)
Eddy Crits
Eddy is a retired executive with decades of experience leading operations and IT at scale. He’s been on both sides: the one who defines strategy, and the one who gets it done.
He now advises Portfoleon to help it stay grounded, practical, and aligned with how executive teams really operate.
